Event Voice Live puts a camera and a mic in front of your speakers, sponsors, and executives while the room is still buzzing. Ask on the day → you get words no case study can write. Ask next week → you get an email nobody answers.
The interview camera has been in these rooms
Your speakers, your sponsors, your board — every one of them said something worth repeating that day. None of it is written down. None of it is on camera.
Your keynote won’t fly back to say it again The one line from the main stage that could have carried your whole campaign was said once, to the people in the room. It doesn’t exist anywhere else.
Your sponsor got a banner and a line in the program At renewal you’ll be asked what they got for it. A logo on a step-and-repeat isn’t an answer. Thirty seconds of an attendee naming them on camera is.
Nobody writes a testimonial as well as they say one The email you send two weeks later comes back with three sentences of nothing. Ask the same person in the room, mic in hand, and you get the line you’d have paid a copywriter to invent.
You’re the one defending next year’s budget “The feedback was great” isn’t a number. Six people on camera saying why they’ll be back is the closest thing to one you’re going to get.
I’m Sheldon Isaac. The hard part of interview video isn’t the camera — it’s walking up to a VP who has four minutes before their next session and getting a real answer out of them. Nineteen years in these rooms is what makes that take ninety seconds instead of ten.
Three years as the official media team for CAUFP. Five years and counting for Womxn in Data Science Toronto, including their events across Canada. Organizations don’t re-book you five times because the footage looked nice. They re-book because someone on camera said something they’re still using.
“Nobody has to perform. I ask them what they’d tell a colleague who didn’t come, and they answer like a person. That’s the clip you end up using.”
20 minutes. Which voices you need on camera, what your sponsors were promised, and what “worth it” looks like to whoever signs off. You leave with a scope and a number.
I arrive early and find your people between sessions. No scripts, no green room, no schedule for your team to run. Your event doesn’t stop for me.
Cut, captioned, colour-corrected, sized for LinkedIn. In your hands while people still remember being there.
Event Voice Live starts at $1,800, and that buys one finished video. Which level you pick comes down to how many voices you want on camera and how much story you want around them. One day of interviews gives us enough for three to five → you decide on the call how many you want cut.
2 hours onsite
→ 60-second finished video
6–7 hours onsite
→ 90-second finished video
8–9 hours onsite
→ 2-minute finished video
Book it alongside corporate event photography or event videography → one crew, one invoice, one person to brief. Nothing falls through the gap.
Your price covers one finished video. The footage from the same day holds three to five → every extra one costs you a decision, not another shoot day. Most of the cost of video is getting everybody in a room with a camera, and you’ve already paid that.
Filmed on the day, at the event, with people who had somewhere else to be five minutes later.
Speakers, executives, and industry voices were all in one building for one day. Event Voice Live gets them on camera between sessions — no green room, no schedule for your team to run. What comes back is a month of content your marketing team can post, and the reason next year’s early-bird tickets move.
Film Your Speakers →The window between cocktail hour and the first speech is the most honest content you’ll get all year. Award recipients are still surprised. Donors are still moved. Sponsors are standing next to their own banner. Forty-five minutes of that, on camera, does more at renewal than any recap deck you send in December.
Get It On Tape →Community voices, member testimonials, and donor reactions — the assets that carry a grant application, an annual report, and a board deck. I’ve filmed for Sunnybrook Health Sciences, Durham Community Health Centre, and the Ontario Association of Children’s Aid Societies.
Your firm’s expertise is the product, and nobody buys it from a PDF. Ninety seconds of your partners answering a real question does more for a pitch than twelve LinkedIn posts. Three years filming for CAUFP is how I know which thirty seconds ends up in the deck.
“We had the pleasure of working with Sheldon Isaac as one of our photographers for CSE Live 2025 — and he was absolutely fantastic. Sheldon captured every moment with creativity, professionalism, and a great eye for detail. His turnaround time was fast, and the quality of the photos were amazing. Sheldon was also incredibly easy to work with — kind, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. We would highly recommend him for any event or professional shoot!”
“Sheldon is as delightful in person as he is online! A true gentleman and seasoned professional, it is an absolute pleasure to have his calm presence on an event site. What I love so much about Sheldon is his ability to capture the otherwise invisible moments that make up the connective tissue of a gathering. Our beloved CSE 2025 conference & gala experience would not have been the same without him. If you have the chance to work with this exceptional human, I wouldn’t miss it!”
“Sheldon was the videographer and photographer for a visioning workshop that was attended by over 100 individuals. He was energetic throughout the day and brought some great ideas on how the day could be captured. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Sheldon and his colleagues.”
“He’s not just a talented photographer; he’s a strategic thinker who’s always 10 steps ahead. Sheldon goes beyond capturing beautiful moments — he helps his clients maximize the value of event photos for future marketing, engagement, and showcasing the experience and brand values.”
“His attention to detail from lighting, blocking and editing is one for the books. His live event capture is where he thrives. I will always recommend him to any corporation and organization I know!”
“Fantastic event photographer! Isaac recently took great pics at an event where I was speaking and performed flawlessly.”
It starts at $1,800, and that covers one finished video. There are three levels — Credibility Clip (2 hours onsite, 60 seconds), Expert Edit (6–7 hours, 90 seconds) and Authority Feature (8–9 hours, 2 minutes). One day of interviews yields enough footage for three to five clips, so additional videos can be added from the same shoot. We settle scope and the exact number on the call.
Seven to ten days from the event date. That is slower than a Highlight reel (4 days) or a Recap film (6–7 days) for a reason: interview capture means more subjects, more audio to sync, and more selects to cut through before anything is edited.
No. I arrive early, work between sessions, and catch people in the gaps they already have. There is no green room, no scripts, and no schedule for your team to run. Your event doesn’t stop for me.
Most of them think that until they are asked properly. Nobody has to perform — I ask them what they’d tell a colleague who didn’t come, and they answer like a person. That is the clip you end up using.
Either. Most clients give me three or four names they definitely want on camera, and I fill the rest from the floor on the day. If you’d rather hand me a list and step away, that works too.
Yes, and most conference clients do. One crew, one invoice, one person to brief — nothing falls through the gap between two vendors.
Most clients book 6–8 weeks out, and dates are booked first-come, first-served. Twenty minutes on a call tells you whether yours is still open, and exactly what Event Voice Live runs for your event.

All three levels are delivered in 7–10 days, cut and captioned for LinkedIn.
