Tell me your date, your room, and what your sponsors expect to see afterward. Twenty minutes on a call and you’ll know whether I’m the right fit — and whether your date is still open.

Running Media for National Conferences (CAUFP + Womxn in Data Science)
Trusted with the media for national conferences and galas across the GTA
Three steps between this page and a date that’s locked in.
Twenty minutes on my calendar, whenever suits you. Nothing to prepare — bring your date and a rough sense of the room.
Your date, your venue, your sponsors, and what “worth it” looks like to the people you report to. If I’m not the right fit for it, I’ll say so on the call.
Written up, no pressure, no chasing. If it works, your date comes off my calendar and stops being available to anyone else.
The call is faster. The form is fine. Both land in the same place.
Twenty minutes. Free. No obligation, and no deck.
I read every one of these myself. You’ll hear back within one business day.
It’s me. I’m your one point of contact — on the call, through planning, and until the final gallery lands in your inbox. No account manager in between, no inbox that forwards you to someone else.
Two national conferences have handed me their media for years running — three years with CAUFP, five and counting with Womxn in Data Science Toronto, including their events across Canada. I’ve covered galas, board fundraisers, tech summits, and government health events across the GTA. I know which frame ends up in the sponsor deck and which clip a marketing director actually posts.
“He was energetic throughout the day and brought some great ideas on how the day could be captured. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Sheldon and his colleagues.”
Durham Community Health Centre, Visioning Workshop (100+ attendees)
“He’s not just a talented photographer; he’s a strategic thinker who’s always 10 steps ahead. Sheldon goes beyond capturing beautiful moments — he helps his clients maximize the value of event photos for future marketing, engagement, and showcasing the experience and brand values.”
Founder, Cay VII Inc.
“His attention to detail from lighting, blocking and editing is one for the books. His live event capture is where he thrives. I will always recommend him to any corporation and organization I know!”
Event Producer, Crown Management
“Fantastic event photographer! Isaac recently took great pics at an event where I was speaking and performed flawlessly.”

If your date is next week, or you just want a straight answer to one question — call. I’d rather pick up than trade five emails.
Most clients book 6–8 weeks out. Dates are booked first-come, first-served, and an early start gives us time to plan the shot list, interview subjects, and sponsor moments. If your event is closer than that, ask anyway — a 20-minute call tells you whether your date is open.
Yes. Ajax is home base and most of my work is Toronto and the GTA, but I’ve covered national conference dates across Canada for years. Ask.
Yes — that’s most of what I do. One partner, one invoice, one point of contact on the day instead of two vendors negotiating the same floor space.
48-hour turnaround is standard on event photography. Video runs longer depending on the edit. If you have a hard deadline — a Monday-morning newsletter, a sponsor report — tell me on the call and we’ll build to it.
Corporate event photography starts at $750. Where it lands from there depends on hours, deliverables, and whether you need video alongside it. You’ll get a written scope and a real number after the call — not a guess before it.
Yes. Half my conversations start with “sometime in the spring.” Early is better — it’s the only time your first-choice date is guaranteed to still be sitting there.
One twenty-minute call is how you find out. Bring the date, the room, and what your sponsors are expecting to see afterward. However you reach me, you’ll hear back within one business day.
