Hi folks it has been FAR too long I know but life is a whirlwind! Since we last spoke, I’ve shot a few engagement sessions and my first wedding of the season. I even found time to to go Jamaica for the first time for some R&R which you’ll hear (see) more about in coming posts. Back to business.
So I’ve been taking some classes on graph design at Humber College in Toronto and love what I’ve been learning. I believe to be successful you need to keep evolving. I am trying my best to keep up and well as try new things. Along with graphic design projects I’ve now began dabbling in shooting video with my Canon digital SLR cameras. Enter Andre and Karen.
This young couple asked me to shoot their wedding and I wanted to add a video twist to what I’ve been trying to learn during the cold winter months. So please have a peek at my first attempt at capturing video during an engagement shoot. It was fun but what was MORE fun was that believe it or not, they had NO idea I shot this on video until I pasted it to the Groom’s Facebook page! Nice surprise on his wedding day!
Unfortunately I’ll have to change the music so that this video can be played on mobile and tablets but for now, you can view it on your desk tops & lappers.
I already am excited about the possibilities and I know there’s room for imporvement but that’s what it’s all about!
